The past few years have been stressful for all. Antidote is based on inner healing. The coping skills that can be used to calm the nervous system, create healthy boundaries, experience the present moment, ground yourself, practice mindfulness, and just breathe.
We have found mental health to be as important as physical health. The trail has often healed us, but when these simple life management tools are employed, along with our love of nature, we have found even greater clarity, and the experience of full joy. We are more present, enjoy life more, and continue healing from the personal traumatic events, the past few years have brought us.
